UCSC Table browserとかEnsMartを介して複数のデータを取得 => マージ＋加工してカスタムトラック化する、をこのwebページだけでやってしまえる。すげー。

デモがmovとflashである。
動作速い。Ajax（Ajaxなら良いってわけじゃないよ :D）。
sortやjoin、filterなどデータ操作が豊富。あるカラムをkeyにして複数をつなげることも出来る。
加工したデータはEmbossとPHYLIPへも投げられるみたい。
自分のデータも上げられるので大きいデータでもさくさく動くなら、Excelしか使えない人に教えてデータ加工に使わせるとか本来の目的から外れてる発想持ったり。
