Server changes

Due to our upgrade to MySQL 5.0 throughout the software we have had to
change the port numbers for our external database servers:
ensembldb.ensembl.org
for releases up to version 47 (MySQL 4) port 3306
for releases from version 48 (MySQL 5) port 5306
martdb.ensembl.org
for releases up to version 47 (MySQL 4) port 3316
for releases from version 48 (MySQL 5) port 5316

ここ最近使ってて、Affymetrix の Mapping array のアノテーションもイミフなのがあったけど、直っているのかも？
